4,500 ft² of custom epoxy terrazzo flooring developed for the renovation of an occupied residential lobby.
Drawing from the monumentality of the MetLife Building and the disciplined modernism of the Seagram Building, Doreon developed the custom epoxy terrazzo to complement the tone, scale, and visual weight of the travertine.
Shore Towers remained occupied throughout construction, requiring the work to be completed in three phases while maintaining resident access and coordinating with building operations.
From design development through final polish, the entire terrazzo scope was completed by Doreon’s in-house staff to preserve quality, continuity, and control.
